Security System Programming Service

All of the systems we sell can be programmed by you. We provide all manufacturers installation, programming and user instructions with every item we sell.

For those without the time or inclination to learn how to program them, we offer this optional pre-programming service.

You can have our technicians pre-program and setup your system prior to it shipping. Our technicians will send you the pre-program form via email for you to fill out so that they know how you want your system setup. This may delay shipping 1-3 days after we receive your pre-program form.

Our pre-programming service includes:

Setting up and enrolling sensors and proximity tags as desired
Custom labeling of Zones and Users as desired
Setting entry and exit delays
Setting up user codes and authority levels
Setting communications and call out numbers for systems with landline or GSM dialler (Subject to the GSM dialler having credit)
Testing and verifying your system before shipping

This is a great way to get your system up and going right after you receive it. Just install and power up the system, and rest easy that you are now protected.

This is good for those who aren't very technically inclined or for those that need it to function now and learn about the workings of their system later.

Alternativly our programming service can also be used for systems that have a remote programming option and includes 1 hour of remote programing by our technicians, with this option the charge is for remote programing only. Please note with remote programming we can only change the control panel engineer programming and some programming options are not available remotley, for example, detectors cannot be enrolled, proximity tags cannot be added etc, if you are unsure which serice to purchase please contact us.
