Honeywell IS312B PIR Detector with Selectable Look Down ' Creep Zone'  and Pet Friendly up to 36Kg for Wired Burglar Alarm Systems Supplied with Ceiling / Wall Mounting Bracket

This stylish and compact PIR detector is suitable for connecting to wired intruder alarm systems and is suitable for domestic and small commercial applications. The Passive infra-red detector has a maximum detection range of  12 x 17 Meters and incorporates a selectable look down 'creep zone' to detect movement directly under the PIR, this feature usually only found in high end detectors and a selectable PET FRIENDLY mode to allow the  PIR detector to operate as a normal PIR or a Pet Friendly PIR with immunity up to 36 Kg (< 80Lb)  a feature usually only found in specifically manufactured detectors. The advantage now is that an intruder alarm installation can have pet friendly and non-pet friendly PIR detectors that look the same throughout.
