This audio kit is perfectly suitable for a small residential home or office. It features full duplex communication, meaning that the visitor and resident can speak to the caller simultaneously (just like a phone call) and identify the caller before letting them in by using the lock release button on the included handset.

The surface mount panel features a built-in lock relay which enables the electric lock function at the outside station and this reduces the cable requirements to four wires between the panel and the handset indoors.

The single call button entry panel has an attractive, hard waring Stainless Steel, Aluminium and plastic finish and a backlit name window which holds an easily replaceable name card. The outside entry panel is weatherproof.

The kit has an internal, wall mounted, audio handset which has call buzzer and a large lock release button.

he kit is supplied with a fail secure lock release (power applied to open) designed to be used in conjunction with a standard surface or mortice night latch (Yale) type lock (not supplied). The lock release replaces the existing keep on the jamb side of the door.
